This is my first fish oil supplement.As Omega is very good for bones,,joints, heart …I purchased it for my mother.. She is using it for more than 20 days and can see little improvement in her joint pain,,, specially knees.. Also as she is vegetarian,, this is the best vegan product for her . Rarely have I seen a B complex with EXACTLY the right dose. These tablets have helped greatly with gradually increasing and maintaining my energy without any unpleasant buzz or anxiety. They’re easy to take, just 2 tiny tablets a day It’s great that it’s a divided dose because B vitamins are water soluble so you need a steady supply to maintain balance throughout the day.
