This is my first fish oil supplement.As Omega is very good for bones,,joints, heart …I purchased it for my mother.. Rarely have I seen a B complex with EXACTLY the right dose. These tablets have helped greatly with gradually increasing and maintaining my energy without any unpleasant buzz or anxiety. They’re easy to take, just 2 tiny tablets a day It’s great that it’s a divided dose because B vitamins are water soluble so you need a steady supply to maintain balance throughout the day.
