I have diagnosed diabetic with FBS 239 . I have been taking this twice a day since 17 th Dec 2023 and yesterday I have measured my FBS and found that the value is 165.I thought the use of this product may help to further decrease my FBS level upto 110/120 range in coming 2 months.Along with this medicine , I have been taking methi powder and walking 6000 steps per day.Thanks Kapiva
