I went into this purchase with no faith whatsoever that this was going to actually improve the quality of my hair. To be fair, I never thought much of supplements until recently. For reference, I am a 32 yr old man with thinning and receding hair. This product is changing my life, and I am only about halfway through my first bottle. I can already see a dramatic difference in volume, and my hairline has also noticeably improved! I swear it’s like I’m getting younger each week. I am stunned by the effecaciousness of this product.

I have been using this consistently since I received it & I love it! The biotin mixed with Minoxidil is a much better combination for stopping my hair loss vs Minoxidil only. Will definitely purchase again! Delivery was fast & easy.

Honestly I did not feel the difference yet after taking it for 2 months. But according to the description, it has plenty of vitamins that supposed to help with my hair and health. I will continue using it and see how it goes .. I at this time will only be treating it as vitamins for health

Dont take on empty stomach
These are great for hair, skin and nails. Make sure you take eith food though or you may get an upset stomach. Pills arent too big so they are easy to swallow.

Since I’ve been using this product my hair has definitely shown an improvement! I only took those a day and I’m saying it’s the first week I noticed and I was able to take a piece of my hair out and Could tell the strength and deribility And difference and the appearance of the strand since I had been taking it and beforehand. This is my second bottle and I would recommend it to anybody in fact, I do!

Just enough biotin for me.
Really liked this product. Went back and bought 2 more w the coupon. I really didn’t want to do the enormous amount of biotin that mary ruth offered in the liquid product becausetoo much of anythingcant be good for you, plus that price was hefty. So I went w this and I am satisfied.

Slight Difference – I Still Recommend
I like the fact that these supplements don’t come with any side effects. I can take them early in the morning before I eat breakfast and I don’t feel weird. I know that my nails are much stronger. I bought them to help with my hair growth and it’s working, just a little slow. I have my 2nd bottle and feel I’ll see more of an improvement in my hair growth while taking the 2nd bottle. I do recommend!
