Along with my shampoo I took this and it stated great for skin so,I,bought the higher msg thinking it would help old skin. I was on the second bottle when I was noticing these white bumps under the skin coming out on the face and could not figure out how or why so I went back over my meds and this was the only new item. It’s too strong for me.I quit and they cleared up

works but be careful of side affects
I was taking this as a supplement for hair loss along with regiment of shampoo, etc. It was fine for awhile then I noticed I developed a rash on upper abdomen under left breast that did not respond to Neosporin. It did not itch nor was it sore but it was red and would not go away. I stopped taking these capsules and within a week the rash went away. Read about the side affects of this product.

Off to a good start
I bought these specifically to get away from the sugar in biotin gummies. I’ve been taking biotin for years and it definitely helps my hair and nails. I trust the dosing on the package so I expect the same results but, honestly, gummies are easier to take. These capsules are an inch long and the dosage is two/day. That said, I like that these are calorie-free and made in the US.

This Works
Medication has caused my hair to thin for the past 5 months. In a short amount of time after taking this product I had hair growth again. I then switched to Nutrafol for 4 months but it was working slowly so I started taking this Biotin product again (every other day) in conjunction with the Nutrafol & I swear it is making a difference again. It’s early to tell for sure yet but I am very happy to be taking this again & I definitely recommend it.

I need the Biotin
I like the product, but have not used long enough to notice much of a difference yet. It is expensive to me, so I am not sure I will reorder or not.But, if the cost is not an issue I recommend giving it a try.

Greatest Biotin and Collagen
I have searched for a great Biotin and Collagen vitamin to help with hair loss and thinning issues. I have been using for 3 weeks. I can see a visible difference. My hair seems to be a bit thicker too. No bad taste either.

Really liked this product. Went back and bought 2 more w the coupon. I really didn’t want to do the enormous amount of biotin that mary ruth offered in the liquid product becausetoo much of anythingcant be good for you, plus that price was hefty. So I went w this and I am satisfied.

Definitely is working (4C hair)
Started to take this because I noticed my crown was thinner than the rest of my hair.Started on March 6, and today is March 22. People say it takes a few months but idk, it looks like it’s working for me now.I drink a lot of water with these, I haven’t experienced any breaking out with acne. The only thing that I have noticed negatively is my scalp feels itchy at times in the spots that my hair was thin, I think it’s itchy because smaller hairs are growing. It would make sense because the rest of my head doesn’t itch.As far as my hair routine, I wash my hair once a week. I use Jamaican castor oil, a moisturizer, and a leave in conditioner. I do my moisturizing routine every 3 days.So far, I’m pretty impressed. I’m planning on getting locs, so I’m glad to see this is strengthening my hair in the weak spots. My beard is also a lot more full it seems.Updated Review Below: 04/08/2023Caution. This product is great, but be careful. This product does exactly what it says it will do, help fill in your hair over time. However, I say be careful because I have experienced higher blood pressure from taking the recommended dosage on the label of 2 pills a day. My vitamin A levels were through the roof. I only went to get them checked because I noticed my blood pressure was higher than normal and I started experiencing headaches.I think the product is still great despite that. The key is finding out if your body can take the supplement and how much is good. Everything else in my blood is fine, but vitamin a is bad so I just take one a day now instead of 2.To gage this, also, the recommended dosage of vitamin a is only 900mcg.. this product has 1200 per pill. So, I see where I went wrong. Lol.Still a good product, just use with caution.
