Drink it with plain water is not a good idea it sucks but try to drink it like famous mass gainer shake it taste amazing here the recipe1 whole red banana50 gym oats200ml milk10 almonds10 cashews10 raisins1 table spoon peanut butter1 tbsp sugarFinally 1 1/2 scoop this chocolate flavour wheyBlend it and add hersheys or any chocolate syrupAt glass and top of the shake that’s it .Thank me later
