Nice flavor and taste. I have tried a large number of brands and this is one of the best. Must for post workout. Replace fatigue catabolic state body with anabolic state. Great supplement stack, whey creatine glutamine. Too..oo Sweet
Is very convenient. It has creatine and glutamine added. 2 scoops a day would cater to full creatine and glutamine supplementation in addition to the Whey protein.Good mixability, dissolves well.The only issue which needs correction is the sweetness. It is too sweet, I have a scoop in 500 ml or more water and it is still too sweet.Maybe could consider reducing the amount of sweeteners by say 30%. I took a star off purely for over sweetness, I can feel even after an hour.
