A Perfect Pre-Workout Supplement (Not a paid review)
I’ve so far used several weight-gainer supplements of different brands, and I can confidently say this product is the best one. It contains a good quantity of not only carbohydrate but also protein. This is the first thing I take two and a half hours before my workout in the morning (along with two large-sized apples, as the supplement makes me feel constipated). The supplement is going to show a great result if you combine the supplement with 4 to 5 good meals rich in carbohydrate and protein, and having low fat.NB: I have been consistently training for the last 19 years, and I’ve used a variety of health supplements.

So I switched to Dr. Vedi health supplements in 2019 after trying several other brands. And after years of using this brand, I can say without any doubt that it is one of the best in the market. The price is very nominal and each flavour tastes amazing. I have recently switched to GNC All-in-one stack and it is completely worth every penny spent! Really a good whey protein, chocolate fudge is the best flavour if you need any suggestion about flavour. Also the protein is quite good in mixing with water but found some lumps sometimes , but still better than muscleblaze extreme sweet whey protein range.
