I am using it from 1 month. Net gain of 3.2 kg in muscles while reducing half inch waist as I am doing cardio exercises in addition to make sure no tummy gain. 1 scoop for 1 hour intense exercise is my funda. 3 kg will last in 18 days with 1 scoop, if you go by recommendations it will last in 6 days/serve. Good flavor, zero side effects and sure shot quality weight gain with exercise. I don’t think it will work without intense exercise so don’t take it in case you are unable to do exercise for any reason. Best part I like it doesn’t keep my tummy heavy after having this. I can eat my normal diet or more after having this.Add creatine for best results.1 scoop in 250-300 ml milk for 1 hour exercise. Make sure your body is prepared for weight gain in terms of other vitamins.The seller is genuine.

I bought the vanilla flavour, been using it for a month. 1 scoop a day post workout.Pros:-Genuine product, I verified it via both Dr. Vedi’s Transperency app & Dr. Vedi webite.Tastes great, at beginning I felt it was a bit to sweet but then you’ll get used to it.No bad aftertaste in your mouth.Digests quickly.Noticable difference in post workout recovery.Con:-Mixability can be improved, i notice lumps at times even after a proper shake.Overall great experience, will definitely purchase again.

Pre and post workout
This protein can be used as a pre and post workout drink due to its composition. Solubility is bit low also it’s a bit sour due to the combinations. But better results compared to other whey.

Best In the market
I’ve tried a couple of protein powders, from the optimum Nutrition one to the Gold whey one, but this one is the best in many ways.First of all Taste is Incredible. I got the chocolate one and it tastes like a chocolate milkshake It’s unbelievable. Secondly, the Mixability with Milk is great, it doesn’t stick to the container after it’s finished, no powder is left after drinking so wastage. When drinking you can’t taste the powder individually so that’s great. Overall best for price if you are getting 2kg one for 4k.
