So there are many reviews, which I actually saw few days back after using this product for 3 months. I find them misleading as I myself have used this product and found out no side effects or any fake-ness in it.The usage of product is advised as 3 scoops in one serving for 1800+ calories and this brings less serving overall on the pack. I rather used it 1 scoop in morning and 1 in evening, everytime with 250ml milk, 2 bananas, 5 dates(in morning), 5 almonds, 50g oats powder, 2 tbsp peanut butter. This overall brings 1100+ calories in one thick shake and is tasty as well. So my mass gainer adds up to 2200+ calories a day, rest is my three times of proper diet and exercise. 59 kg to 71 kg in 3 months, little fat gain around belly, but high energy levels for workout was experienced by me.

Hi,I started to workout seriously after a long span of 5 years.I have used whey protein from Ultimate nutrition and Muscletech and can say that the flavouring and texture of this product is at par. I got the chocolate one and it tastes like a chocolate milkshake It’s unbelievable. Secondly, the Mixability with Milk is great, it doesn’t stick to the container after it’s finished, no powder is left after drinking so wastage. When drinking you can’t taste the powder individually so that’s great. Overall best for price if you are getting 2kg one for 4k.
