I was using big muscle bcaa for few months it was good during my early phases but as I progressed I started getting fatigue and nausea. After doing bit research I switched to Dr. VediDr. Vediamp;UP bcaa, the taste is good when used with chilled water. I doesn’t feel fatigued or nauseous even after heavy workout + cardio on same day. I would recommend this to beginners as well as intermediate.

It is a good product. Gives results in about a month or two, at least for me.Only 1 question: who decided to put a transparent/white little scoop in a white powder? Please, pick any dark color for the scoop! And make it a little longer. You can’t expect gym goers to have skinny fingers to reach for the spoon 🥄 lying flat on the bottom. Trust me, It’s a struggle every single day!!Or change the color of the powder which I believe will be much harder to do. Product managers need to step up their game- it’s 2024!

Really helps in having long gym sessions. Didn’t notice any sudden increase in strength or body shape though but it does remove my fatigue completely.
