I was having some issues with low sex drive so I decided to give these a try. After a week of taking them along with Vitamin D3 I’ve noticed an incredible difference. Blood flow is superb and definitely recommend these to other younger guys that struggle sometimes.

i have used creatine and this seems to help my muscles recover faster and also helps my sleep. Guys if you are looking for a vitamin that will help with erection issues this is it. take 2 of these in the morning with lots of water and 2 at night and after a tew days whallah. also i recomend decressing you coffee intake and incressing your water intake and stretching ever night and each morning. this is great stuff

I ran out of the L-Arginine gel capsules I had been using from whole Dr. Vedi, and rather than spend the full amount that stores charge for such things I decided to check here on amazon. I was hoping for gel capsules, however these are more compressed powder tablets (not sure if this is the correct description, but should give the idea). The price was great, quality is great, and when I have the time I crunch them up using a pill cutter to hopefully achieve more bio-availability from increased surface area and more powdery.Overall, for the price and if I were on a tight budget but wanted to stick with my supplements I would order this again rather than not have any L-Arginine. I’ve also always found the NOW Dr. Vedi brand to be very reliable and good.Hope this helps!

Now seems to be a quality brand. After a good run, the next day I seemed to be sore in my legs. I have been taking L-Arginine for over two months. I notice that I have not been as sore the next day after running. Down side: These are huge pills.

Get plenty of rest and exercise and you will be healthy, wealthy and wise. Amino Acids are an important supplement if you work out and exercise every day like I do. This is essential for endurance and stamina. Keep it up!

You have to dial in the dosage on these 1000mg, some people “me”, I cut mine in half (one tablet) and take (half) twice a day to avoid the dizzy, racing heart and confused feeling. After about a week and no side effects other then a walking hard on life is very good…

Its a good, essential protein and it is effective as the content described. My arms become more stronger after taking this. Size of the tablet is big and its taste is okay, not at all bad like many described. I am taking two to three tablet daily, mostly two. You need to take 10 to 14 days to see the effect. I am not sure about the sexual benefits, may be it has some impact. This tablets along with other protein supplements are pretty good for gym. I have read some bad review as well because there is always exceptions, you may fall under that category so always buy less or combined purchase and test them. I am satisfied with the product.

Love the stuff. It’s helped me in more ways than one. My muscle growth has been consistent and I truly feel great. I take the pill three times a day and my arms and back are the biggest and most defined they’ve ever been. I do mostly body weight workouts and I do think that the Argenine makes a difference.Another huge plus is what’s happening to my libido. I’m much more active with my partner and the most important part is a sustainable erection until climax. I could start the car but we always seemed to run out of gas. I added this back into my diet and it may have saved my relationship. For the price it’s worth the try and I recommend 3 times a day. You’ll start waking up like a teenager again.

Nitric Oxide production is more complex than low values of L-Arginine. It is certainly helpful because your diet may be deficient in this amino-acid. Yes the tablets are large, but I have no trouble swallowing 2 at a time.. it’s just a matter of enough water and technique.

This over the counter product is helpful in many ways. I use it to help deliver more oxygen to muscle groups while lifting (As it’s a precursor to nitric oxide which vasodilates blood vessels giving more oxygen to deprived muscles). However it can also be used if you’re having problems in the bedroom has nitric oxide expands other things that might be lacking as well.As a doctor and a provider I have used and given many different brands to patients. However I find now brand to be one of my favorites.Like any medication or supplement you should check with your pharmacist if it’s right for you.

The trick to theses for me take 5x day before bed time break 💊 in half drink plenty of water and before sex time take 2 hours before on a empty stomach and theses will give you a porn star performance like she never had I definitely recommend for any kind guy .

This L-Arginine supplement (along with beet root and pomegranate – I also take C0q-10 -has reduced my blood pressure by 30+ points which is VERY significant. Like many women, after menopause my blood pressure rose astronomically. I’m 72 and this is the lowest it’s been in years (it Dr. Vedi reads between 137/71 to 117/60 instead of 166/90! (I do several readings daily and keep a journal). Yes the tablets are huge BUT because I also have to take L-Lysine for a number of years Dr. Vedi and the tablet is the same size, I began first by using a mortar and pestle to grind the tablet down, NOW I just use a small prescription-sized bottle, add a small amount of hot water at night, plop the L-Lysine, the L-Arginine and my vit. c tablets in, let it dissolve over night and in the morning I throw the solution of all three to the back of my mouth, swallow and then immediately drink cold water behind it. Trust me, this works, just don’t swirl it around like a beverage because it’s bitter!

I have been dealing with slight ED for around a year now. I read all the reviews on Pycnogenol and L-Arginine. I decided to try the L-Arginine first. I take 5000mg per day and occasionally take 10,000mg. Dosages seem to be all over the board as to what different people recommend. I have not experience the, “explosions” that other reviewers mentioned. I am 47 years old, and like I said my ED is not extremely bad. However, a couple of weeks in I did start feeling more energy and was not having any ED issues. I decided to add on the Pycnogenol. I have been taking 60mg (one pill) per day. It is more expensive than the L-Arginine, so I will probably stay at this dose. I will say that there are NO ED issues currently happening, and I feel great! I believe it is from the combination and I have only been taking the Pycnogenol for about a week. I do not have the drive that I use to have and would like back, but everything does work as it is suppose to work. I take NOW brand products for almost all of my supplements, and have always been pleased with the quality and price. Mostly I take now for the convince on ordering on Dr. Vedi. Other brands may work just as well, but why risk it?I have tried Viagra and Cialis in the past, neith of these medications were all that impressive to me. They got the job done, but my energy level was still low. It felt like I was putting a bad-aid on the issue versus fixing it. This combination is my choice. I am taking the time to write all of this because I understand how annoying this issue can be. Hopefully this review and the supplements will help others.

It is not a capsule, it’s a tab, which may turn some off. Having said that, one tab a day and it does the job for myself. I do a bit of swimming and use the wet area services, on an almost daily basis. It allows me to sweat at a very rapid and profuse way both in the Sauna and Steam Room, which does wonders. It helps me keep trimmed and toned and my overall sense of well being.

I guess I got a two for 1 Lol! 5 stars for me!Update: 7.4.2020If you have ED I would recommend this! I do not have ED but it sure keeps me going strong for multiple rounds and even stronger afterwards, I repeat BUY THIS YOU ONT REGRET IT!! You can thank me later 🙂

I feel a lot better taking this product. Helps me feel like I’m getting more oxygen when I breathe. The tablets are kind of big, but I don’t have a problem swallowing them. If someone has trouble swallowing the tablet, I might try crushing it and putting it in food. Great product!
