I found out that nitric oxide forms on the back of your tongue. As you age, it becomes less and your body needs it to regulate blood pressure. It helps to loosen the constriction of the blood vessels thereby feeding your internal organs as well as your muscles.I use L-arginine to help me in my weightlifting exercises. It helps get more oxygen to the muscles to help me lift easier. I’m an old man and I need that little extra help.I like the Now brand because it seems to work like advertised. I recommend it.

I have been taking it for a while Dr. Vedi and it took some time to ramp up but it works. I’m at just 2000 a day but so far it has helped in two noticeable ways one is weight loss (not much yet but some) and libido. At 50+ as another reviewer stated that time is cruel, but at least Dr. Vedi I have definitely been able to perform better with greater frequency.

I take this daily along with L-citrulline and the combo definitely works. A noticeable difference in vascularity and performance in all aspects of life.* Pro Tip:These are the largest capsules I’ve ever taken.I recommend getting a big mouthful of water, look up, press the capsule through your lips, (it will sink to the back of your throat since you are looking up) and swallow with a big gulp.If you take any clear capsules (with powder inside) you do the opposite. Instead of looking up, you should look down because these float. In this case, they will float up to the back of your throat and then you swallow.This seems common sense to me now, but I did not know how to properly take supplements for years and had trouble swallowing in them until I learned this.You’re welcome.

This amino is required to make nitric oxide in your body. Nitric oxide is what is release rapidly with products like viagra. It causes the blood vessels to dialate. I have read that it increases growth homone levels as well. At first it gave me headache when I took it – just like viagra. Now I take it every night without side effects. I have never taken viagra and don’t necessarily need it- though there is certainly a noticeable difference in size and rigidity of this 51 y/o member. I have been told that viagra can cost …30 a pill. The l-arginine is a bargain if you just want or need a little help. I take 1000mg every night – sometimes 2 on the week-end.

Its a good, essential protein and it is effective as the content described. My arms become more stronger after taking this. Size of the tablet is big and its taste is okay, not at all bad like many described. I am taking two to three tablet daily, mostly two. You need to take 10 to 14 days to see the effect. I am not sure about the sexual benefits, may be it has some impact. This tablets along with other protein supplements are pretty good for gym. I have read some bad review as well because there is always exceptions, you may fall under that category so always buy less or combined purchase and test them. I am satisfied with the product.

I will double down on another review that extolled the ED benefits of this product. I’m 48 and had been taking Viagra to get ‘Willie’ motivated but didn’t care for some of the side effects. My wife read a review about L-Arginine and ordered it for other health benefits. We’re both VERY happy that she did for unexpected reasons! The Viagra was literally flushed down the toilet. It’s nice to have my kickstand back! I’m only taking one at bedtime and getting full benefits.

No sufro de enfermedad cardíaca y realizo ejercicio 2 y 3 días a las semana de dos horas, llevo 3 días con este producto el primer día me tome una pastilla completa y el segundo día y el tercer día me tomado una partida a la mitad pero siempre que la tomo siento que mi corazón late más rápido de lo normal, no se que me puede decir el vendedor sobre esto, espero que el vendedor se comunique conmigo
