This is my first fish oil supplement.As Omega is very good for bones,,joints, heart …I purchased it for my mother.. She is using it for more than 20 days and can see little improvement in her joint pain,,, specially knees.. Also as she is vegetarian,, this is the best vegan product for her . These are good tabs but with 10% Dha in single tab which is 100mg, so at least take two every day.

Once this gets in your system, it heals your IBS.You will have to determine if you need 2-3 tablets daily. I take at night! This was a miracle in healing my IBS, always take the 1,400 mg, as this is the strength needed. The 1,400 mg was the only strength that worked for me.Highly recommend this product!!
