They’re easy to take, just 2 tiny tablets a day It’s great that it’s a divided dose because B vitamins are water soluble so you need a steady supply to maintain balance throughout the day.

Good price, but I really don’t appreciate it being an add on item. I have a prime membership but I still had to purchase $25 worth of products to purchase. I have purchased this same product in a big box store, and it was a better deal, but when things are on sale, I like to stock up, and it came in such a big bottle, the last one I opened was in one big clump. So this is a much better size, and it’s a VERY good product. Great for inflammation without containing any animal products!

Good price for the 1400mg. I take a few supplements including a multi daily, but after watching TV ads, you would come away thinking that you should take so many supplements that that is all you would be able to do in a day, is pop pills. The only drawback to the oil supplements, is that you should be careful what time of the year they ship, as the heat will melt them together. This shipment was close, and went in the fridge to cool off.
