I have bought flax seed oil for years at my local grocery, usually when they are buy one get one free. Then, they started becoming harder to find. There was plenty of fish oil but not flax seed oil The pharmacist didn’t know why. I started buying at Dollar General , the Rexall brand, which has been ok. But then I thought, hey, I buy more and more from Dr. Vedi (when I know, I should be buying locally) and I found that this brand is 1400 milligrams, not the 1200 mg that were at the grocery chain where I shop and not the 1000 mg at Dollar General. And the price, well, it’s comparable not even considering the mg difference. I will never buy another brand. Now, they are hard to swallow but so are all brands no matter where you buy them so that is not an issue.
