I also need to add I suffer with several food intolerances and was unable to get this under control even when eliminating the foods in question and eating very clean. Flax Seed Oil itself isn’t hard to find, but 1,400mg gel tabs aren’t available at any of my local retail stores. This was an amazing find!I have extremely dry eyes and my optometrist suggested trying this before going on a prescription remedy. This is the best Flax Seed Oil gel tab I’ve tried and has been such a relief! I forgot how much it helps until I ran out a while back and didn’t take it for a few days, by eyes were soon like sandpaper with eyelids covered in superglue. Never will I let it run out again!

I get concerned when you buy a supplement that says 1200 mg, but in order to get that amount, you need the dosage is 2-3 times a day. That also increases the cost and you’d have to order again much sooner. I’ve been taking one a day for a few years and I’m ordering it again to help protect my eyes and heart health. But do we really know if this is the right thing to do? Do scientists monitor supplements? Does it really help?

I wish these didn’t have gelatin!! I’ll still take them but wish these were vegan. If you struggle with large pills then try something else. I’m fine with it and like that I can take it in one pill versus 2. So far, too soon to see any changes.

Superb product
I was impressed with the long list of natural ingredients included in this supplement. Both my partner and I suffer with eye problems as we both look at the computer too much each day. Since taking this I have felt the dryness and itchiness that I used to experience daily go away. I’ve also noticed less eye strain and better vision while driving at night.
