I take Omega 3 with my Collagen suppliment. I like that this Omega 3 is vegan and does not have the nasty after taste of fish oil. The gel caps are a little bit large but do go down easy with water because they are not hard pills. If you are sensitive to swallowing large capsules, you may want to get a smaller, less potent capsule and take 2 of those. I like Nture Supplement products because their brands are independently reviewed for quailty.
