My normal flaxseed oil capsules weren’t available at Walmart for 2 weeks & I was out. These are harder than my usual (by Spring Valley) & I was worried about whether they’d be hard to swallow. While they’re hard, I swallow it by itself & have zero problems that way. There is only a slight taste, but it’s not unpleasant & luckily very little smell (a normal person probably wouldn’t even notice a smell). My migraine nose won’t let me deal with any sort of strong smell. These were better priced & more mg/pill, too.

Good price for the 1400mg. I take a few supplements including a multi daily, but after watching TV ads, you would come away thinking that you should take so many supplements that that is all you would be able to do in a day, is pop pills. The only drawback to the oil supplements, is that you should be careful what time of the year they ship, as the heat will melt them together. This shipment was close, and went in the fridge to cool off.
