I have a busy lifestyle and exercise hard and so I like to make sure I am getting the right nutrition. The scientific jury is still out on whether taking daily vitamins will help stay healthy and because its very hard to prove any dietary supplement is good for you this proof will probably never come. However, from my own experience I get fewer colds when taking multivitamins and minerals and I have been looking for a way to get a years supply at a reasonable price. I’ve done quite a bit research on various fish oil supplements, goodness knows, and this brand is one of the best available. The size of the capsules might be a bit intimidating at first glance, but they are soft and squishy, for lack of a better word, and they go down easy.Results aren’t immediate, but within a month or so of taking them daily.
