At my last checkup, my doctor noted that my LDL cholesterol had been cut by more than half. I am unable to take statens because of an adverse reaction to them. When he asked what I was doing differently, I told him that I was taking CoQ10. He smiled and said that I probably wasn’t taking enough for that to make a difference. And that was when I remembered I had also increased my dosage of Flaxseed oil from one per day to two (spaced out to lunch and dinner).My doctor nodded sagely, and said that the higher dose of flaxseed oil could have a salutary effect on my LDL cholesterol. So, as long as my numbers are this good, I will keep this on a subscribe and save!

Good product for body
Started taking it from one month and I think it is a good supplement for our body. Omega 3 is good for heart and control bad cholesterol. Hence we should take it as per our need. I use it alternate days. I preferred it over fish oil as I am a vegeterian persons.
