I’ve Started taking it like one month ago and I believe it is a good supplement for anyone.We all know Omega 3 is good for heart and helps in controlling cholesterol levels.That’s why we should take it as per our need.I use it daily twice once in morning post workout and once in the evening.Overall this product is pretty nice. I wish these didn’t have gelatin!! I’ll still take them but wish these were vegan. If you struggle with large pills then try something else. I’m fine with it and like that I can take it in one pill versus 2. So far, too soon to see any changes.
