Flax Seed Oil itself isn’t hard to find, but 1,400mg gel tabs aren’t available at any of my local retail stores. This was an amazing find!I have extremely dry eyes and my optometrist suggested trying this before going on a prescription remedy. This is the best Flax Seed Oil gel tab I’ve tried and has been such a relief! I forgot how much it helps until I ran out a while back and didn’t take it for a few days, by eyes were soon like sandpaper with eyelids covered in superglue. Never will I let it run out again!

I’ve Started taking it like one month ago and I believe it is a good supplement for anyone.We all know Omega 3 is good for heart and helps in controlling cholesterol levels.That’s why we should take it as per our need.I use it daily twice once in morning post workout and once in the evening.Overall this product is pretty nice. Packaging is great and Smells Decent.I think it is reasonably priced and performs same as high priced brands.As a health freak HIGHLY recommended to every active individual.
