I haven’t seen the hormonal changes hoped, so couldnt help but wonder about quality. Decided to check recent blood pressure readings, and realize that hasn’t decreased, either. Ive been taking this at least daily, sometimes twice a day, for a month or so. Benefits could remain to be seen, but its starting to seem that my time and money could stand to gain a little more return, by just sucking it up and getting real flaxseeds.

Good supplement specially for vegetarians
Vegentrains don’t have any proper source of Omega 3 acid as it is mainly present in fatty fishes . I am also a vegetarian so I buyed this vegan omega 3 capsules as it is important for joint , bones , heart and brain . I am very happy with the results. I had some pain in joint after work out but now I don’t feel any such pain. Great product 👍
