excellent replacement for non veg fish oil supplements.
i used to get muscular cramps very frequently. at one time on doctor’s prescription i had to take e-cod made of cod liver oil. it worked very well but i do not want to take fish oil. i searched for alternatives and got this one. it has worked well.

However, the gelatin in the capsule is made from pork, so this is not really suitable for vegetarians or people with dietary restrictions that cannot eat pork-based products. My doctor suggested I take flaxseed oil in addition to salmon oil to help with cholesterol so I decided to try these. I was surprised at how big they were! They do have a slight odor so I keep them in the fridge which seems to minimize it.

Great way to increase your beneficial oil intake without having to find ways to get chia/flax/fish into your daily meals. These are nice smooth gel caps but they are a bit larger then expected (.9-1.1″). Goes down easily for me – but worried about giving them to a young child.
