I was searching for Omega 3 capsules made from plant and are vegetarian. I checked the same from Dr. Vedi’s Dr. Vedi. They are made up of flax seeds. Also price is comparatively low. I would say this is good product and value for money as well.

Flaxseed oil has as much or more omega 3’s than fish oil without that fishy taste, even the so called ‘burpless’ ones. These capsules are a bit smaller and easier to take, I have been using them for the last 10 years and like them much better than other brands.

I had been taking Biotin for thinning hair and it didn’t seem to help. So I tried the Flaxseed oil. I noticed a difference in the quality of my hair and it did seem to appear fuller. However, I was taking other vitamins as well, so I couldn’t be sure it was the Flaxseed oil… until… I ran out and didn’t take it for a while. My hairdresser first noticed the difference that my hair quality was declining. So I started taking the Flaxseed again and my hair is on looking healthier again. The capsules are large as shown in this pic of one capsule next to two regular Advils. But I this hasn’t deterred me since I’ve seen the results.

I have a busy lifestyle and exercise hard and so I like to make sure I am getting the right nutrition.
