i used to get muscular cramps very frequently. at one time on doctor’s prescription i had to take e-cod made of cod liver oil. it worked very well but i do not want to take fish oil. i searched for alternatives and got this one. it has worked well.

My doctor recommended Flax Seed Oil for my high triglycerides. I have not had blood work yet to see if it works but I can say it is easy to swallow, reasonably priced and has not caused any issues in my digestive tract.

A friend of mine recommended these, not this brand but this supplement of Flax Seed Oil and he said he lowered his blood pressure by taking 2 pills a day for a few months. Well after 2 months my pressure came down from 139 over 89 to 129 over 80. Ill take that, I’ll see what a few more months does!

Good price for the 1400mg. I take a few supplements including a multi daily, but after watching TV ads, you would come away thinking that you should take so many supplements that that is all you would be able to do in a day, is pop pills. The only drawback to the oil supplements, is that you should be careful what time of the year they ship, as the heat will melt them together. This shipment was close, and went in the fridge to cool off.
