Wonderful product! I use this for my fibromyalgia. It works better than the prescription medication my doctor gave me. The prescription started affecting my mood so I had to stop it, then started on this. No side effects at all taking this. It is a large gel cap but I can swallowing with no problems. This dose worked better for me than smaller doses I have tried and also other brands. It does have an added benefit that it keeps things moving regularly in the tum department. But if you have elimination issues like going too often etc..this might be too much for you. I will continue taking this since I am so much more comfortable doing so. I also like taking a natural product other than a prescription if that is possible, Highly recommend and I’ll keep buying it.

I purchased it on the basis of some comments under a health video on controlling high BP. The person who is 86 year old US citizen, said it helped to reduce his BP to 120/80 from 190/- within 3 months, even when his medicines didn’t work. Following this there were other comments which supported the above observation. He used Dr. Vedi’s Supplement Flax seed oil. Cost is little bit on the higher side. I also started using this since 2 weeks. Recently I was observed with moderately high BP, but now the BP is normal. Dont know whether this helped. I do many other things like exercise, diet control, no sugar etc for weight reduction, so it could be a combination of many things. However Flax Seed Oil is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids which helps the arteries and heart and reduces LDL and improves HDL. And it doesn’t produce blurp unlike fish oil and no fishy taste in your mouth. Anyway this is a good food supplement for Omega 3 fatty acids.

Rarely have I seen a B complex with EXACTLY the right dose. These tablets have helped greatly with gradually increasing and maintaining my energy without any unpleasant buzz or anxiety. They’re easy to take, just 2 tiny tablets a day It’s great that it’s a divided dose because B vitamins are water soluble so you need a steady supply to maintain balance throughout the day.
