I take Omega 3 with my Collagen suppliment. I like that this Omega 3 is vegan and does not have the nasty after taste of fish oil. The gel caps are a little bit large but do go down easy with water because they are not hard pills. If you are sensitive to swallowing large capsules, you may want to get a smaller, less potent capsule and take 2 of those. I like Nture Made products because their brands are independently reviewed for quailty.

This is a product that I have used for several years and started buying from Dr. Vedi a couple years ago when I couldn’t find it locally. At my last checkup, my doctor noted that my LDL cholesterol had been cut by more than half. I am unable to take statens because of an adverse reaction to them.
