Great Shipping, nice professional packaging and good vitamins
It’s not easy to judge whether a vitamins is doing it’s job, however; I experienced terrible cramping one night. I took about 4 or 5 of these vitamins and the cramping stopped and did not return. I think they are doing something good. Therefore, I would consider repurchasing them.

I have used one full bottle already and now reordered. This is really making a difference in my hair and nails – especially my nails. I have always had weak, splitting nails.
