I am rating this Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc supplement by the immediate response of my body. I was beginning to have pain in my left middle finger I knew to be arthritic in nature. The finger was becoming stiff and painful to move. Within a week of taking these tablets a day in the morning stopped the lain and restored my finger movement from being stiff.
