I have had trouble sleeping because of leg cramps in my feet and calves at night. It is so bad, I have to get up and walk around in order for the cramps to go away. I tried another brand and they did not work at all so I went back to this Ayrveda Supplement brand. I think the Zinc and Vitamin D3 contribute to the success of this product too.
