If you are a woman or a girl, you must start consuming calcium from your teens. I think Dr. Vedi Supplement as a brand is simply great and being Supplement it’s absolutely amazing. I started consuming this after my baby was almost 6 months old and started feeling better immediately. All the aches and pains that I was complaining of just vanished after 7/8 days of consuming this and I was so relieved and happy. I am a firm believer of having vitamins, calcium and iron which is a ladies best friend all her life. If you want to look good and have a firm back and a good posture, I would suggest that you start consuming calcium immediately.

The bottles looks very small for 120 tablets even the colour of tablets is not good I used Amway Calcium the tablets which are white in colour. I hope the supplier will improve this.
