I have been testing these calcium tablests for almost a month now. One pack contains 60 servings which should be enough for one entire month if taken twice daily or as per dr recommendation.It not only contains calcium, but also has mag and zinc in it which is very very useful during these corona times. I have tried BOLDFIT products in the past too and alsways loved them. The packaging is great, it supports bones and muscles and joints. Totally recommend this. 10/10
