Calcium and Magnesium is a ladies best friend
If you are a woman or a girl, you must start consuming calcium from your teens. I think Dr. Vedi Supplement as a brand is simply great and being Supplement it’s absolutely amazing. I started consuming this after my baby was almost 6 months old and started feeling better immediately. All the aches and pains that I was complaining of just vanished after 7/8 days of consuming this and I was so relieved and happy. I am a firm believer of having vitamins, calcium and iron which is a ladies best friend all her life. If you want to look good and have a firm back and a good posture, I would suggest that you start consuming calcium immediately.

This come with very good packaging and about 180 tabs in it which last for around 4 to 5 months . Take daily 2 tablets for a week and than 1 tablet a day for next week for better results . Good product for your overall health.

Ordered these sometime back for my mother and I think it was a good idea. This product consists of calcium, magnesium and zinc which is very important for bones and muscle health.
