I like it, but I still need another layer of cream
I have dry skin, so this product alone is not enough for my skin. I use this lotion and the CeraVe moisturizing cream in the huge tub and they work well together. I still purchase and use this product solely for the niacinamide. If the cream version had that ingredient, I would not need to purchase this anymore. They got me!In all honesty, I cannot visibly or tactilely sense any additional benefit this lotion does for my skin. The research tells me niacinamide is beneficial, so I buy it. However, I can definitely sense the benefits of CeraVe moisturizing cream. That stuff is amazing.

Good moisturizer
At first I thought it left a sticky residue, but it turns out it just takes a bit to totally soak in or dry. It then seems pretty effective so far, and my skin feels soft and silky … not dry at all anywhere.

minimal ingredients, perfect winter moisturizer
I have combination, acne-prone skin, which is a pain in winter up in the northeast. Finally decided it was time to change my winter skincare routine, so I researched my butt off and this was the product I decided to go with. My skin isn’t super sensitive, but I’m just trying to avoid aggravating it as much as possible while I deal with (what is now) my adult acne. This moisturizer isn’t scented, it doesn’t contain a skin irritants, and it certainly lives up to CeraVe’s excellent reputation. It does a great job of softening up rough patches of skin without provoking an acne flare-up. I definitely wake up in the morning with a little bit of a slick face, but I wash in the mornings anyways and I don’t mind as long as it doesn’t cause any zits, which it definitely hasn’t for me. I mostly get oily skin, mild acne and blackheads in my nose and chin area, especially the parentheses – for lack of a better term – from the corners of my nose, around the corners of my mouth, and down the outside crease of my chin. I don’t necessarily apply cream there, unless my skin is particularly dry, but when I do I don’t notice any break outs or extra blackheads.I definitely wouldn’t use it during the day (also because it’s not SPF), and I’ll probably switch to a gel-based moisturizer now that the summer months are approaching, but it does the trick for me in winter!

Good face lotion
First important thing to know – make sure the seller is Amazon.com! I didn’t think about it when I first purchased it through another listing and there was something wrong with the lotion in the bottle. CeraVe on their website mentions specifically who to buy and not buy from so as to not get bad or fake product.The lotion is lightweight, goes on well, and doesn’t have a fragrance. A little of it goes a long way and the bottle lasts a good while.Works well on sensitive skin.

Probably the brand has a good reputation for body cream, however my opinion regarding the facial cream didn’t work for me at all. Got a skin redness reaction, not to say everyone is different of course.

If this product had a better scent i would give it a 5, just my preference however it doesnt stink or anything.LoLI was unsure what to expect from this moisturizer but was hoping it would help the issues I have with my skin at age 44.In the past Ive tried, Oil of Olay, Mary Kay, Loreal, Neutrogena, Garnier. Im sure Im not the only 44 yr old woman who has problems with dry uneven facial skin, or the “crepey” look like Im super tired, starting to look “baggy” under eye areas. Theyve also started getting puffy and some areas are starting to show fine lines/wrinkles. Ive never used a skin care product with hyaluronic acid or ceramides but have read the great reviews for this product and these ingredients. I will say first off, WOW, WOW, WOW! I started noticing small changes even after the first night. Dont get me wrong, I dont have the skin I did when I was in my 20’s and 30’s from using this, but my skin looks AND feels significantly softer, my pores are alot smaller and my under eye area that had crepiness and bags have much improved. Ive noticed that Im not feeling the super self concious about my skin as I was before. I would suggest trying this out to see for yourself, its not expensive and one of the best things(besides what its done to my skin) is what it has in it! I feel like its not only done things for the top layer you see on my face but that its changed whats going on underneath it all. I look forward to seeing what else will happen/change overtime and will update my review in the near future. Im not sure if I can get some good photos but will try and post some befores(if I can find some that show my skin issues since I didnt remember to take some for this review) and afters.

1 bottle used 3 nights a week (face and neck only- with their retinol serum on first) lasted me 10 months. Not bad! Doesn’t feel greasy at all, good stuff.

I bought this to wear under makeup. I like how it doesn’t seem to have a scent. It feels moisturizing when applied, but it seems to evaporate after a few minutes. It also leaves an unsightly shiny appearance. I do like the regular (heavy) moisturizer from CereVe which I apply at night.

Average in my opinoin
I have sensitive skin and use CeraVe with sunscreen for my morning routine. I was hoping their nighttime would work just as well for me since most nighttime creams seem to have something I am allergic to. It does an average job at mousiterizing. It will keep your skin moisturized if already moisturized but I don’t feel it helps recover dried-out skin. It also doesn’t leave you with that soft feeling some lotions do. It’s more of a protective lotion I feel.

Nice moisterizer, no pilling
I have problem with some moisturizers pilling as I try to rub them in or later if I rub my face. They don’t do well with sunscreen or makeup. This moisturizer I use day and night and it works very well. I have dry, sensitive skin.

Love Product Just Took Forever To Receive
I love this moisturizer. It is lightweight and non-irritating. I have sensitive skin and have never had an issue with this product. The texture blends into my skin very nicely and does not leave a “film” type texture behind which some lotions do on my skin. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is it took weeks for the product to be shipped and delivered to me.

I bought this for dark spots (aging?). It has not even fainted them but I will report back later. It does feel very good on the skin though. It feels like it has a peppermint oil or something.Update: in two weeks, Still no effect on my dark spots. I like the container though.

My go-to nightly moisturizer for my very dry skin
I really do love CeraVe. I rely on them for affordable, high quality skin care that never aggravates my dry, sensitive skin. In general, moisturizers with hyaluronic acid in them work best for me, and this one consistently goes on smooth, doesn’t pill off the surface of my skin, and keeps me from being flaky the next day.My usual routine is cleanser, exfoliating toner, serum, retinol, and then this moisturizer, but honestly even when I’m busy and skip most of the routine, this moisturizer leaves me feeling much better than I would without it.

Not too oily
I am very hesitant to switch products on my face, but have really enjoyed this overnight moisturizer! I was looking for a moisturizer I could put under tretinoin that would be light yet full coverage to help ease into a tretinoin routine. No mess, easy to apply and the pump gives the perfect amount needed to apply. I pair this with its daytime counterpart that has SPF for daytime protection.*Side note, I typically breakout when switching products but I had no issues switching to this. My face is mid oily in the summer and can be moderately dry in the winter. Good value for the price too

My craze for a Korean Skincare regimen with the 10 steps has taken over my beauty life. No scent= there’s always a scent
I wish these No scent products came with scented options bc no scent usually means there’s some gross chemically scent instead.Thankfully that’s my only complaint. The product itself is nice and light which is what I want for a face moisturizer. I absolutely loathe thick sticky stuff that takes forever to absorb. A little bit of this lotion goes a long way and seems to absorb pretty fast and doesn’t leave my face feeling oily or sticky.
