I’ve been taking these probiotics effervescent tablets for some weeks now, and my digestion has improved a lot. My bloating and gas problems are considerably reduced, and I am comparatively at ease during the day. I also love that it doesn’t require refrigeration; it’s super convenient to store and travel with. I’m assured of getting a strong dose daily with the 30 billion CFU per capsule. The added prebiotic fiber has definitely helped in promoting the growth of good gut bacteria.

It’s good as long as tablets doesn’t start to smell weird!
I have consumed these for 6 months, they are good, you may start noticing difference.Although i did face some issues with it, i tried contacting customer care but they didn’t reply about storage or made any remark about my feedback, so hesitating to continue with it again. • after 2 month of use you’ll start noticing how tablets and bottle smells weird, it has happen with me twice and i had to throw away 2 month supply in dustbin due to worries without proper help from customer care.Sometimes they’ll offer you fridge magnet which is good.

These are value for money and great to give the guy health a boost. I used them 2-3 times a week and have been very happy with the results. Be careful, sometimes if you take probiotics back to back for a long time it can cause bloating and discomfort.

Nice product
I was very apprehensive to start another probiotic, but they really delivered. My gut health, for sure, has been improved, and overall, I just feel sort of balanced and grounded.
