hard to swallow
I received the package this week, so hard to give the efficiency report but I found them quite big & hard to swallow. They’re not bitter though (no flavor actually), so it does work in the end.After using them for a month, I can say the efficiency is not that great. I had to take separate iron and vit d supplements to get the full dose. Extremely small and hard to read label which is wierd and not legal I think.
