I got an appointment for a hair transplant. The hair transplant surgeon asked me to take Zinc 50 mg daily for 2-3 months and Biotin 10,000 mcg for 3 months before he could do the hair transplant. I thought what wonder would it do ! I was dropping or breaking 5-6 hair with every wash. He said he’ll do the transplant only after I take this for 3 months.

I have been using biotin after I got my hair smoothened.Since my hair are chemically absued I started facing extreme hair fall..after every wash there was visible hair fall. I was terribly worried and started taking omega 3 and Biotin 10000.Biotin tabs have been really working well for me,there is lesser hair loss and my hair is stronger now.I’m going to continue consuming this tab.Highly recommend this,just go for it if you are facing hair related problem.
