It seems to me that the box was cut and then again sealed back at the bottom. 60-80g of the sample is enough to induce swaying sensations. I still have the powder, will probably throw down the drain or toilet.

    When will I start seeing results?This is the bitter truth, Protein supplements would help you <20% to reach your fitness goals. Your everyday workout helps you about another 30% and the rest is your daily diet as to how you maintain yourself eating healthy. You’re not going to get fitter staying home and just having 3 protein smoothies a day.From somewhere I had once read, you don’t buy protein protein supplements till you are regular at the gym working out and eating healthy for at least 90 days. Once those two habits are accomplished, buy protein supplements, and you will see results.Are protein supplements necessary?This question is debatable but it all comes down to how much protein is in your everyday diet. If you’ve enough protein in your diet, no need obviously. From a personal perspective, I would avoid processed food like protein supplements any day, if I can consume enough protein through my diet (egg, milk, meat etc)Health Benefits/ IssuesIt is always advisable to take protein in their natural form (Milk, Egg, Meat, etc), but with a vegetarian diet that could be challenging.     The quality of Indian products doesn’t really match the quality of imported units. Imported ones taste 10 times better and mixes really well.They keep mentioning that they maintain high quality standards of manufacturing(which is true in case of the US, UK manufacture) but that’s not the case with the product manufactured in India.Yes, the units we receive now are manufactured in India by Tirupati Lifesciences. But the quality doesn’t seem to be as great as it was before.And we pay the same price for this as we did for imported units.ON should look into this quality issue for its international manufacturing.We pay a very good amount and we deserve best quality.

    The mango flavour was good, Malai kulfi was also good. Gulab jamun tasted like Malai kulfi Tbh. Red velvet is really awful to taste.

    I got original Asitis atom French Vanilla. The package is good . The mixability in Shaker is Good within few second of shaking it mixes well no lumps found and also in glass it mixes after stirring but yes some Small lumps of whey gets accumulated. Now the taste, the French Vanilla flavour is just average. It’s sweeter and after consuming it it taste like synthetic unnatural flaovour also lot of foam is created after in shaker. And the The Shake seems diluted. Previously i had MB Performance whey Chocolate hazelnut flavour which was little thick and the taste was natural and no there was no foam created in shaker. Now the Digestion after Consuming Asitis atom is Good. No gas bloating what so ever. Coz it has blend of Whey protein concentrate and Isolat. But compared to MB performance whey it had Digestive enzymes so it digested fast. So Price to quality differs. MB performance whey is Above 2.1k for 1kg. Which is better Whereas Asits atom is 1.7k. So can’t complain much. And yes Asitis atom is Mentioned in Trustified for its protein test it has Passed. And result in body. I say it all depends on your diet and protein intake in each meal. And Rest and Training.

    You really should buy this. I do work out in the morning at 6 a.m and take this whey protein staright after workout. After 1 month i am seeing the results. I am sure you will also see the results. Just do the workout regularly and take it post work out.

    The taste of the chocolate flavor was distinctly unpleasant, resembling an artificial and overly sweetened version of what one would expect from a chocolate protein powder. Instead of the rich and satisfying taste of chocolate, I was met with a strange combination of chemical undertones that lingered on the palate. The texture of the protein shake also contributed to the overall disappointment. It had a gritty and chalky consistency, making it difficult to enjoy even when mixed thoroughly with various liquids. This inconsistency in texture compromised the overall experience

    I mostly prefer unflavoured whey protein, but sometimes for a change I try flavoured whey. This was one of those time. It was disappointing as it is just too sweet. I took it seeing few reviews about how its not sweet. For comparison, I like the double rich chocolate of ON and it is not sweet but chocolaty. This flavour reminds me of BiG muscles brand, same problem. I need 500ml of water for 1 scoop, just to reduce the sweetness. Also I have tried unflavoured whey of this same brand and it is good.

    Generally, I use the authenticity code printed on the box and it gets verified on Optimum Nutrition website (or through SMS). But this time, when I sent the authentication code on ON’s verification SMS system, there was no response. I tried verifying on their website too, and that didn’t work either. I am genuinely doubtful whether the product I received is genuine or not. Kindly help.

    Great taste and misscibility ,No nausea bloating or digestion issues.Suits well.Received a genuine product.Just the packaging was not good the bottle was deformed upto 40%.Rest it serves the purpose and provide adequate protein per serving.The carbs could be decreased and the artificial sweetner Aceesulfame pottasium should be ditched for good and the price should be a little low.
