READ THIS!!!I first have to say, I don’t typically write reviews UNLESS the product blows me away, which is rare. To give you a little background about my hair. I had extremely HEALTHY, LONG, THICK blonde hair! It fell to the middle of my back, It was absolutely beautiful. I went to get it colored to give it a break from the highlights, I was going to change it to a strawberry blonde, which I have been many times before and other than blonde, its the only other color I like on me. When I went to the salon, they messed up the color. I ended up with hot pinkish, purple roots and a grayish auburn, mid-shaft to ends. I was in the salon that day for 7 and a half hours. They had to bleach my entire head and leave it on to get all of the screwed up colors out of my hair, resulting to EXTREME chemical damage and breakage. I went in with my hair being all one length to having bangs that were never even cut into my hair. My hair was destroyed and they had to take over 5inches off just to get the ends to LOOK healthy. My hair now sits on my shoulders and has broken pieces all over the top and mid section and all around my hair line. I have literally cried about this since it happened 5 weeks ago. It took me forever to get my hair exactly the way I wanted it and now I am starting over. My hair is no longer manageable, it is kinky and dry and looks it! The salon I had gone to was a new salon closer to where I moved. Prior to this salon I had been going to my original hairstylist for 15 years (I’m 30) so half of my life one person has touched my hair. I live two hours from her now so I decided to give a different salon a try and it was a mistake. I will now be driving 2 hours to go to her every 8 weeks. I texted her about 2 weeks after this all happened and she told me right away to order this product. I didn’t hesitate. I ordered it and received it the beginning of this week. I have used it twice so far and I will tell you what, after the first time I noticed a difference! I am excited to see after a couple months and using this 3 times a week (Extremely damaged hair should use it more than once a week). I also have been sleeping with it on over night which I notice gives me better results. This is not a conditioning treatment, so it does need to be shampooed out. I have a feeling this product will be what saves my hair. I will post before and after pictures once I actually do my hair so you can see the difference!

I get full balayage at the salon every six weeks. For me I think that my hair should be in better shape for what I spend on it there. I’ve researched Olaplex 0 and 3. I bought them. I applied the 0 to clean, dry hair. I applied only enough to make my hair damp, not dripping. I let it sit for 15 minutes. Then I applied 3 on top of that. I combed it gently through and put my hair up for 2.5 hours.Normally when I wash my hair it literally looks and feels similar to witch’s hair. You know the dry moss that hangs from trees in the South. Even though I brush my wet hair very gently, I still get a hairbrush full of broken off highlights. Well…not after the first use of 0 & 3!My hair was so slick and actually laid flat against my head when I rinsed it. I have not felt that since I had virgin hair! I washed and conditioned with my regular shampoo and conditioner, towel dried then brushed it. I only had maybe 10 hairs total in my brush. I am shockingly impressed. I’ve had some really brittle blonde that my hairdresser had no hope for. I can’t wait until she sees it in two weeks!!!

I’m not sure how or why I started using this as a styling treatment; I use a quarter sized dollop in my clean, wet hair and then style. It works great and looks fantastic. I recently found out I’m using it wrong, but it works so well that I won’t be changing to say I use it. My hair is so silky and healthy looking!

Absolutely works!
I bought two different repair treatments. This one is less than half the price and seems to work better on my daughter’s hair. Only drawback is how long you have to let it sit.She swims and has a lot of tangles that used to tear her hair. Her hair isn’t as fragile after using this product.

Amazing difference in one use?
This summer I took the wrong product, Lorea’l miracle water that you were supposed to put while rinsing your hair on the length, and should not worry about the warm sensation…. well, you should because it’s the feeling of frying. Nothing worked on my hair ever since, no shampoo, conditioner, leave in or hair oil, it felt like a straw and was so frizzy as it’s very humid, still summer.I gave it a last shot and spent 30 something $ on this product, applied as said, kept, washed my hair and later used my usual shampoo/conditioner/leave in and no heat satin curling set. Today was extremely humid, I was also working with the clothes and steaming, not to mention cooking in my kitchen. My hair is not frizzy. It’s soft, curled and I just did some teasing and the hair spray to make my usual volume and a half tail… my hair is so nice that I wonder if I forgot to rinse the product or so??? No frizz on such a day???

I had some pretty gnarly split ends, but I’ve noticed a slow but sure improvement since using this stuff. My hair feels a bit smoother, and I’m having fewer of those pesky split ends.One thing to note, though – it has a bit of a funky smell. Not a deal-breaker for me, but worth mentioning. Also, make sure you rinse it out thoroughly.

I was prepared to be disappointed.All I can say is WOW!5 months ago, I had to travel extensively, and had little prep time, though needed to look groomed and fresh. I snatched up a curling blow dry brush dryer, and used it exclusively. My hair is wavy and fine, but I have a ton of it. Within 3 weeks, the tool had completely scorched my entire top layer of hair, and it broke off at the roots. What was left looked like dry, baked straw. Since then, getting my hair to look marginally decent has been a challenge. I sleep all night with olive oil in my hair, then shampoo, condition, mask, and then hit the heat products to dry.No olive oil last night. This morning, this product, then wash and condition, and…My hair doesn’t just look improved, it looks RESTORED. Lush, abundant, shiny, and shaped.I have no idea how long the application lasts, but this is simply the best. It is now part of my official routine.

I do like this product for my hair. I have very thick, unhealthy hair because I blow dry it and straighten it. After using this product, my hair feels so much nicer. The only thing is, you have to have the patience to leave it in your hair before washing it out. I normally keep it in for about an hour or more depending on how damaged my hairs been feeling.

I really like this stuff. Once a week, I wash my hair with a clarifying shampoo, then run this through my damp hair. I leave it in a bun for about 45 minutes, then shampoo/condition as usual. I find that it makes my hair really soft and much more manageable. My hair tends to get pretty “puffy” in humidity, and this definitely helps smooth out my hair. I noticeably have fewer split ends since I’ve started using this stuff after a good trim. I don’t have to use a whole lot every time I use it, so I can get many uses out of a bottle, even though it’s small. I will keep buying this (but I do try to wait for the sales!).

Olaplex No. 3 is a great product. It truly restores your hair and makes your hair look and feel very healthy! I have read many reviews and people are not following the directions! It is not a conditioner or a leave-in conditioner. It is a hair treatment! You must follow the instructions or it will not work. You are supposed to wet your hair, towel dry your hair then put the treatment in. You then leave it in for at least 10 minutes, I myself, get in the shower, wet my hair, towel dry it, put the treatment in, leave it in my hair for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse the treatment out. After that I use the Olaplex shampoo and conditioner. Trust me when I tell you that it is a game changer. Your hair will thicken and look & feel like new hair. I do this once per week. If you have really damaged hair, then you can use this treatment 2-3 times per week. Trust me if you follow the instructions – it works beautifully!

Olaplex No. 3 is a great product. It truly restores your hair and makes your hair look and feel very healthy! I have read many reviews and people are not following the directions! It is not a conditioner or a leave-in conditioner. It is a hair treatment! You must follow the instructions or it will not work. You are supposed to wet your hair, towel dry your hair then put the treatment in. You then leave it in for at least 10 minutes, I myself, get in the shower, wet my hair, towel dry it, put the treatment in, leave it in my hair for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse the treatment out. After that I use the Olaplex shampoo and conditioner. Trust me when I tell you that it is a game changer. Your hair will thicken and look & feel like new hair. I do this once per week. If you have really damaged hair, then you can use this treatment 2-3 times per week. Trust me if you follow the instructions – it works beautifully!

Olaplex No. 3 is a great product. It truly restores your hair and makes your hair look and feel very healthy! I have read many reviews and people are not following the directions! It is not a conditioner or a leave-in conditioner. It is a hair treatment! You must follow the instructions or it will not work. You are supposed to wet your hair, towel dry your hair then put the treatment in. You then leave it in for at least 10 minutes, I myself, get in the shower, wet my hair, towel dry it, put the treatment in, leave it in my hair for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse the treatment out. After that I use the Olaplex shampoo and conditioner. Trust me when I tell you that it is a game changer. Your hair will thicken and look & feel like new hair. I do this once per week. Seems like it works but soooo Expensive !
I have dyed blonde hair to base of my neck. I have been trying to use it sparingly. Got 4 or five treatments out of the bottle. Wish it wasn’t so expensive. I do think I have noticed my hair has less breakage, looks a little healthier. Plan to let my grey grow out, getting lowlights soon to help it look gradual. I would purchase it again after my next salon visit. But then just keep it healthy with no more dying blonde. Blonde dye is better if you keep your hair shorter and get it cut regularly otherwise it is impossible to keep it longer and healthy looking. Don’t like short hair!
