Love Olaplex Products
I am a big Olaplex hair product fan, so when the lash serum came out, I was excited to try it. I have used other lash products before that definitely worked, but I felt that they were quite harsh. In some cases my eyelids definitely became rimmed in red and were irritated for a while and in other cases the serum burned my eyes when it got anywhere near the corners of my eyes. I have only been using this product for about 3 1/2 weeks, but I definitely notice that my lashes are fuller. In addition, the Olaplex Lashbond Building Serum does not irritate the skin around my eyes, nor does it make my eyes burn or water. So far, I am happy with this product. I will have to use it for another 4 weeks before I can tell if my lashes grow longer and remain thicker. I will update my review if my opinion changes. I will say that you use this twice a day (instead of once a day like the other brand that definitely worked but irritated my eyes), so the Olaplex may turn out to be a bit more expensive to use, but I have not checked the volume of the serum of the different, so this could be a non-issue. However, even if it does, it is well worth it to avoid irritated red rimmed eyes.

*Update 5/14/23: I’ve officially used the entire bottle now and this stuff actually works. It was hard to tell a difference over the first two weeks. I didn’t really even notice a change until I put mascara on and someone asked me if I got a lash lift and I started looking at my lashes and thinking wow, they definitely did get longer. The downfall- when I stopped using it about 2 weeks later I feel like my lashes were back to the way they were before using this. The Olaplex tube lasted about 6-7 weeks total and this is a little pricey to repurchase every 6ish weeks. If it was more along the price of all their other products at $30, I absolutely would have ordered more of this.I’ve been using this serum for a little over 2 weeks. While I haven’t noticed any growth yet, I do notice that my eye lashes look healthier. The first time I used this eyelash serum, it did burn my eyes a little bit but didn’t happen again after the first time so that may have been user error of getting it too close. I feel like the tube will last a while because you don’t need much serum at all. The application is really easy to use. I will continue to use this and update my results in a few weeks. As of now, I would recommend this serum.

Helps thicken and strengthen eye lashes
My girlfriend recently started going to a lash salon and wanted to get a serum to help maintain her eyelashes. She has been happy with Olaplex products in the past and has been using this product for quite a while now and she feels like it does help strengthen and thicken her lashes. She uses it every day and is still on the first bottle so apparently a little goes a long way.

There is just so much to love here. And, let’s start with the fact that this is from Olaplex! If you love their hair care products (as I do), you already know something great is going to happen here!So, as someone who uses prescription lash enhancer, I was excited to take a break from that and try something new! Prescription lash enhancer is not particularly compatible with contact lenses. So, first, you need to apply the drops (with a new little brush every day) and then wait about fifteen minutes (I usually wait twenty), before putting in your lenses. This basically means that I get up early just to do my eyelash routine. Here, no such need! You can apply this much different formula with your contacts still in. I really appreciate that!I also like how gentle this is on eyes, lashes, and the surrounding skin. Sometimes, my eye gets a little itchy with my prescription enhancer. Not here! What a great change!And, I can see how strong and nourished my lashes look! I’ve been using this for a while now and love the look. It is very comparable to my prescription brand but with fewer side-effects (and at about the same overall price). That is such a win-win.Right now, I am sticking with this brand. My lashes look fab and it’s so much less effort and less waste (the prescription version requires a new brush with every single application). What a great product from the gold-standard in hair care products! Love!

Good Quality Lash Serum
I’ve tried most of the lash serums available. This product is as good, if not better, than other lash serums I’ve tried. I have very brittle and sparse lashes and this product definitely seems to strengthen my lashes. I will be re-ordering it again.

Olaplex Lashbond Building SerumI have been using a similar serum for the last year on my eyebrows and lashes with no irritation and this one feels about the same. It is a hydrating serum similar to what you would use on your face and while there are no specific ingredients that promote growth, this serum helps support growing hairs. In short, eyelash serums work by supporting the hairs in their growth phase, encouraging them to grow longer, and with darker pigment. Most serums today are based around peptides: short chains of amino acids, which are the building blocks of protein. It can about 2 weeks to see results but it may take 3 months to really see growth.

Good first impression
The Olaplex Lashbond Building Serum seems like it will deliver what it promises, based on ingredients and the notoriety of the brand name Olaplex. The applicator is easy to use too apply to the base of your eyelashes. It’s unscented and doesn’t leave any unpleasant feeling behind after using it. Only time will tell if the serum works, but my first impression was good!

I’m at 4 weeks.
I have noticed some growth, my eyelashes are getting slightly longer/ darker. I have naturally short eyelashes so figured I’d try this out. I also use this on my eyebrows and have noticed some baby hairs starting to come in but it’s a slow process. It’s not overly noticeable and nobody is commenting on my beautiful eyelashes yet. Overall I’m happy but I’m not sure if this is the best on the market for the price. I’m going to continue to apply it AM/PM and we shall see after 1 bottle what happens. Consistency Is key!

Thickens my lashes more than any other serums I have tried but..

My lashes got so very thin and short probably because of age, I even just quit using mascara because what’s the point.So I have used lash serums for several years now and have found that many don’t work but many do and with great success, my eyelashes now look like they did in my 20s, they are so long and so much thicker and healthier.What I noticed first was this is thicker than any other lash serums I have used making it easier to get between my lashes but not getting into my eyes.This Olaplex says you can use it both AM and PM routines, to apply it just line you are lining your lashes, even if you only use it in the PM you will see success but it may take a bit longer, it also says to use only on the upper lash line. This serum by Olaplex doesn’t sting my eyes (if I accidentally get it in my eye) like so many other brands do.Results can be seen in as little as 2-3 weeks and you should see full results in 5-6 weeks (be sure to use daily), even after you lashes are fuller and thicker.I have only used this for a few weeks and my lashes were already longer from using another serum and what I have noticed in these few weeks is that my lashes are fuller and less sparse spots but not as much lengthening.Me and my daughters have used Olaplex for years and am in love with the results we have will all their hair products.So glad to have found this quality serum for thicker, much longer , healthier lashes that makes applying mascara fun again.Nice thicker, longer lashes, easier to apply because of the thicker consistency less likely to get into my eyes and if I do there is less irritation.Very happy with this new Olaplex eyelash serum but I do wish it also offered more lengthening but maybe with continued use I will see more. I like the thicker/fuller lashes and have not seen my lashes get this thick from any serums before.

so far, it does its job
This is one of those things that is hard to review right away. It takes time to really test it out. So far I haven’t noticed a huge difference, but I have only had about a week. I did notice that unlike some others I have tried, this does not burn my eyes and does not smell horrible. So already it has 5 stars in my book. I will keep using and update at a later time.

I haven’t used this long enough to say it’s super effective, but I have noticed some improvements even early into use.I’m shedding lashes lessIt doesn’t irritate my eyes, even though they are super sensitive (it seems like I’m allergic to everything)Best part- my lashes tend to grow straight out (even down at the corners). It not only makes them look even shorter , but it also makes them poke into my eyes at the corners.From the first use, I woke up in the morning with my lashes more curled. I’m not sure how that works, but I love the effect. It has gotten even better over time.I can’t tell if it is actually making my lashes fuller or longer, but the curling effect alone makes it look like they are.

I’ve been using this olaplex eyelash serum and so far it hasn’t caused me any sort of irritation or anything weird on my eyes or lashes. I’ve been seeing new growth on eyelashes that were really short so I feel it is working nicely.

So first impression the application tip is thin and easy to apply above the lash line. The container is the size of mascara. I did feel some tingling right after applying so hoping there’s no issue there.This product is to be used AM and PM every day. I’m excited to see results I get.

I will update in 4ish weeks for results, but, my first impression is that it feels nice on the lashes and doesn’t make my eyes burn when rubbing in the product. I wish it had a spoolie end along with the brush like the Peter Thomas Roth lash serum does which is why I’m going with 4 starts at the moment.

Works better than my usual brand
I’ve been using a different lash serum for a little over a year I guess. It has worked well for me, and made my lashes much longer, they never fall out anymore so I’ve continued to use the same brand. Usually when I switch to try another brand, I get a few that start to fall out, and quickly switch back to my usual brand. Or the new one will irritate my skin or eyes too much and I’ll discontinue. So when I tried Olaplex, I was expecting to switch back shortly for some reason or another. BUT. I have been very pleasantly surprised! This does not cause any irritation or redness, no lashes have fallen out, and my lashes have been getting thicker and even longer than before.So not only does this work as well as my previous brand, it works better. It costs about 10 dollars more than what I was paying for the other one, but I will definitely switch permanently if it stays at this price point. Very satisfied!

PROSTAGLANDIN/ IRRITATION FREE!
So far I’m loving this serum. There’s no prostaglandins that may cause hollowness and darkness under my eyes or change my eye color (!) This does not migrate into my eye and cause any irritation, it’s really easy to apply and Go. Directions say to use it two times a day, and you can use it under your eye makeup once it dries so its really easy.

Ok so it wasn’t until I did the before and after pic collage that I saw how well this worked.I’m really impressedI used it in the mornings only, and didn’t wear makeup. I have permanent eyeliner so I don’t wear regular liner very often.The applicator is like liquid liner. It applies very smoothly and it’s clear. I applied to the lash line opposite of the eye opening. Just at the base of the lashes.I’m still amazed at how much of a difference there is at 3 weeks. I wish I would have done weekly images.The bottle is huge, like a tube of mascara so it will last a long time. Well worth any price point for these results. Just wow.
