Value of money
I have been using this shilajeet for atleast 10 days and I have seen the effect of it. For example I always have back pain and leg pain due to constant sitting on chair infront of computer but now after using it I have relieve from back pain….

Mix it in juice, coffee or whatever else because it is super strong. I do it first thing in the morning and then hit the gym during lunch time.
