This last year my hair has been thinning terribly. I have tried another Biotin vitamin but I think this one works better because it has 25,000 mg compared to 10,000.

These vitamins are great and definitely help with hair and nail growth. My nails are now very long and strong! They don’t break and look great. My hair is also growing really fast. The collagen is helping a little bit with skin elasticity, but it’s hard to say if it’s the face creams I use or the vitamin. Probably both

These definitely seemed like they were working, but unfortunately that have that smell that some vitamins have and it’s off putting to me. Likely won’t buy them again, but I will finish the bottle. They seem like a good choice if you don’t mind the vitamin smell though!!

A little slower working than brands I’ve used in the past
Overall it’s a good biotin supplement but there are a few add ons that I noticed in the supplement facts that are so few I don’t get why they’re in there, like the panothenic acid is a great add on to the point where I take it separately because it works wonders for acne both on the body and the face but 30mg is the suggested dose so the 5mg that you get here is very minimal. Same with the niacin, I’ve used 500mg a day but you can go as high as 750mg if not more (every person is different and you should always chekc with a doctor) but the 5 mg that they give you here is so odd to me. It’s not that the biotin it comes with doesn’t work because my nails feel stronger taking this than not but there’s a lot of extras going on that I don’t see the benefit of including at such a low dosage.

I never remember to take a before and after. In this case it would have been ideal. The difference in my skin is absolutely noticeable! I am 44 and my 11’s are reduced by no less than half. Same with my forehead lines and my crows feet are easier to navigate with eyeliner, which I wear everyday. Today makes 30 days of taking this supplement every morning and I don’t want to ever be without it and have ordered more.I plug my nose when I take it because it is does have a somewhat fishy scent but it’s tolerable for me. Pills are easy to swallow. Excellent quality and I am super happy with the results. My hair is doing better, I see length coming in faster. It’s a little expensive for what I would usually pay for vitamins but this stuff works. Highly recommend!
