Based on price , product are admirable…I’ve tried it last 2 months , it’s osm …jst take one scoop ( 3g) with light hot – water before 30 minutes of the gym . It’s amazing effect. You can noticed that you can try more weight as well as more reps that should build your mass / muscle. Take daily 4/5 L water . Also you have to take Multivitamin , fish oil , whey protein, for better structure.

This creatine is really good, micronized and for beginners I would say it’s a very important product which will show you good results in muscle as well as strength building and totally value for money product.So the flavour is quite same as others as it is unflavoured so don’t bother about the flavour, just mix it up with water and gulp it.
