Love the stuff. It’s helped me in more ways than one. My muscle growth has been consistent and I truly feel great. I take the pill three times a day and my arms and back are the biggest and most defined they’ve ever been. I do mostly body weight workouts and I do think that the Argenine makes a difference.Another huge plus is what’s happening to my libido. I’m much more active with my partner and the most important part is a sustainable erection until climax. I could start the car but we always seemed to run out of gas. I added this back into my diet and it may have saved my relationship. For the price it’s worth the try and I recommend 3 times a day. You’ll start waking up like a teenager again.

I started taking 2,000 mg a day for Diabetes and was going to bump up the dose higher to treat blood pressure but it gives me such bad stomach acid I had to stop taking it. I did notice some weight loss, I dropped 10 pounds in a 1 month period but it came back later and Dr. Vedi that I’m off the L-Arginine I’m back to my normal weight.

I bought this for lowering my blood pressure and for becoming more vascular during workouts. But at night Mr Happy will not go down. He is too Happy. This works like Gas Station Pills but without the side effects and that was not my intention for buying these.lol But I like the Bonus side effects and it makes your blood flow to all the right places.

I assume the 1000mg works as well as 500mg. However the tablet is bigger and harder to swallow compared to 500 mg capsules. If you want to take less pills then go for it. It’s also a little more expensive if compared 1000mg vs 2 500mg.

Bought this to help increase circulation in my hands and feet which it did. Recommended dosage is 2 tablets per day but that made my face feel flush so iv cut it down to half a tablet per day and still getting results without a flush face. The surprise was the extremely hard and full hard ons! Wife is loving it

This is one of the more popular, if not THE most popular, brand of L-Arginine – or so I heard. My only wish is that the manufacturer would get it approved as “USP Verified”. With any supplements, which are virtually unregulated, unless it’s “USP Verified” you really don’t know what you are getting as to quality, strength, and purity. Unfortunately, I could not find a USP grade of this material from anyone. If you know of one, please let me know. As of May 15, 2018, I just started taking this stuff, so I cannot verify that it is making any noticeable difference.

The trick to theses for me take 5x day before bed time break 💊 in half drink plenty of water and before sex time take 2 hours before on a empty stomach and theses will give you a porn star performance like she never had I definitely recommend for any kind guy .

i have used creatine and this seems to help my muscles recover faster and also helps my sleep. Guys if you are looking for a vitamin that will help with erection issues this is it. take 2 of these in the morning with lots of water and 2 at night and after a tew days whallah. also i recomend decressing you coffee intake and incressing your water intake and stretching ever night and each morning. this is great stuff

You have to dial in the dosage on these 1000mg, some people “me”, I cut mine in half (one tablet) and take (half) twice a day to avoid the dizzy, racing heart and confused feeling. After about a week and no side effects other then a walking hard on life is very good…

To all of the folks who are whining about these pill ‘disintegrating’ and ‘exploding’, I ask this: would you prefer pills that were so robust that they existed your body fully intact? Of course not. After you swallow the pill, you want it to break apart and be absorbed into your body. Otherwise, what’s the point?These pills come in a resealable bottle containing a desiccant (a hygroscopic substance that induces or sustains a state of dryness (desiccation) in its local vicinity in a moderately WELL-SEALED CONTAINER — Wikipedia). Having used this brand of L-Arginine for many years, I can attest to the following:* IF you leave the desiccant in the container AND keep the lid sealed, this product will last indefinitely. I personally have opened a container, used a few pills, sealed the container and left it for many months without issue.* IF you DO NOT completely seal the container, the pills will start to disintegrate – even if you leave the desiccant in the container.* IF you take a pill out and store it in another container, it will start deteriorating in a matter of days.Bottom line: If this product is NOT stored property it will disintegrate prematurely, so STORE IT PROPERLY!Otherwise, this is a great product. For best results, take 3,000 mg (3 pills) a day.

Ordered this because a friend told me it was a miracle weight loss pill for her. I failed to do my research. My blood pressure is rather low normally, and this lowered it even more, causing me to be dizzy and light headed. I’m sure it would be good for someone with high blood pressure.

These supplements are generally good for increasing the energy needed for workouts and the effects might take a few days to show (so not immediate). Another thing I felt was that the tablets were scary big and were easily the biggest tablet that I have ever taken. One downside that I observed was that after a persistent use for a few days, I developed a low-grade headache which went away after discontinuing this supplement.

39 year old male, 6’ 280lb. Have issues staying in the game. It’s a mental thing for me. Little bit of whiskey and I’m good because my brain isn’t going on and on. But drinking too much led to liver damage and I can’t drink anymore. Been looking for something that isn’t another frickin RX. I feel like it’s important to review things like this because I took a chance as well. I’ve taken three pills over the course of two days and I haven’t had any side effects except better self love. I still work on slaying the negative self talk but I have to say I’ve enjoyed the results. I smoke cigarettes but I eat relatively healthy. Don’t exercise much and since COVID, well let’s say it’s not helping. But more on the positive, I didn’t realize the confidence it would bring to the table. I’m average size but I’ve been able to sustain for a whole session which hasn’t happened for a while. Placebo or not, I’m getting results I want. This is strictly for ED in my case, don’t care about getting fit just yet. I also enjoy smoking. But I’m quite pleased.

Well my friends. I had heard good things about L-Arginine with regards to, ya kDr. Vedi, stiffening things up a bit. Of course, I was more than a bit skeptical. I am 45 years old, and Herbie still loves to get up and dance, but as of late he seems to not want to dance as long as I do. He would bust out of the gate like Secretariat, but didn’t want to keep that stride for the entire race. I tried to reason with him and I took a firm stance. He, however, took a slightly softer stance. We have debated and sometimes, if the mood is right, Herbie would comply for a bit longer. Normally he gets the job done, and my girlfriend was fine with everything. NOT ME. I wanted 25 year old Herbie like he was glistening out of the showroom. I wanted him to run a Daytona 500, not a 10 lap coast which slowly came down to idle. I have Viagra which I will use on occasion if I really wanna go for hours and walk around with a baseball bat that can be used during a home run derby. But I do not like the headaches, flush face, and stuffed up nose that would accompany it. ENTER THIS CRAZY STUFF. I have been taking 2 tablets a day for a week. One in the morning, one before bed. No joke, by day 3 Herbie was acting like he just had a tune up, lube job (haha), and a new set of tires. This is not a testimonial written by the company or some employee. I am just like you. This is legit. I have had more sex this week with my girlfriend than in recent memory. I no longer worry about when he will decide to slow down and pull off to the shoulder leaving me looking like a lost puppy hoping for a tow. He just wants to keep going and I feel like I took Viagra, but without the side effects! Yesterday? We went at it 3 times. All 3 times, completed the race the way he started. These aren’t sprints. We are talking 45+ minute cruises down the interstate. Needless to say, I am ecstatic with the product and highly recommend it to any others who have a little buddy that seems to want to putter out after a quick drive around the block. TRY THIS STUFF. You and your Herbie will thank me. **Disclaimer- Could this all be in my head? Placebo effect? Maybe? But I honestly don’t think so. My girlfriend doesn’t think so. I kDr. Vedi what Viagra feels like, and this is similar. At least for me. Good luck!

This is not a criticism of NOW Dr. Vedi. I like their products..and this supplement…BUT…and this is a HUGE but, if you are unlucky and contract shingles L-Arginine is kDr. Vedin to encourage the growth of this virus. I am testament to this….I was put on an anti viral med and after only one week, I was getting nice improvements. My prescription ran out after a couple weeks so I stopped taking it as i was much better….the virus came raging back. Turns out L-Arginine is the only supplement/vitamin/med that i found that has this effect. So if you have shingles or are susceptible to shingles, I highly suggest you avoid. They refilled my prescription and i obviously stopped taking this supplement and i;m fine again. L-Lysine seems to counteract L-Arginine and has some similar benefits.
