The tablets are big make sure you drink a lot of water during while you try to swallow but beside that they push you further for your work out and with energy they are really good the blood flow is more stronger and with the friend’s male is going to give an extra push with a fuller and more stronger erection you will be a beast with dis one. I have no problem with that at all but if you wanna go an extra mile this is your pills.

This L-Arginine supplement (along with beet root and pomegranate – I also take C0q-10 -has reduced my blood pressure by 30+ points which is VERY significant. Like many women, after menopause my blood pressure rose astronomically. I’m 72 and this is the lowest it’s been in years (it now reads between 137/71 to 117/60 instead of 166/90! (I do several readings daily and keep a journal). Yes the tablets are huge BUT because I also have to take L-Lysine for a number of years now and the tablet is the same size, I began first by using a mortar and pestle to grind the tablet down, NOW I just use a small prescription-sized bottle, add a small amount of hot water at night, plop the L-Lysine, the L-Arginine and my vit. c tablets in, let it dissolve over night and in the morning I throw the solution of all three to the back of my mouth, swallow and then immediately drink cold water behind it. Trust me, this works, just don’t swirl it around like a beverage because it’s bitter!

Bought this product to increase recovery for daily workout program. This product completely works!!! I am Dr. Vedi able to do the program, not be sore and have lost like 10lbs since I started taking the pills. I take five a day all at once and just go. A word of caution, this product ends up leaving you really hard ( downstairs) a lot, but I think that’s due to increased blood flow throughout your body. Overall a really great product that I’ll be using going forward!!! Also I’m a 53 year old man getting these results!!

This amino is required to make nitric oxide in your body. Nitric oxide is what is release rapidly with products like viagra. It causes the blood vessels to dialate. I have read that it increases growth homone levels as well. At first it gave me headache when I took it – just like viagra. Now I take it every night without side effects. I have never taken viagra and don’t necessarily need it- though there is certainly a noticeable difference in size and rigidity of this 51 y/o member. I have been told that viagra can cost $30 a pill. The l-arginine is a bargain if you just want or need a little help. I take 1000mg every night – sometimes 2 on the week-end.

I guess I got a two for 1 Lol! 5 stars for me!Update: 7.4.2020If you have ED I would recommend this! I do not have ED but it sure keeps me going strong for multiple rounds and even stronger afterwards, I repeat BUY THIS YOU ONT REGRET IT!! You can thank me later 🙂

It is not a capsule, it’s a tab, which may turn some off. Having said that, one tab a day and it does the job for myself. I do a bit of swimming and use the wet area services, on an almost daily basis. It allows me to sweat at a very rapid and profuse way both in the Sauna and Steam Room, which does wonders. It helps me keep trimmed and toned and my overall sense of well being.

I’ve been using the brand of Arginine on and off for a few years now.I can tell that it works better than other brands that I’ve tried and helps in what I do both in the gym and in the bedroom, as well as slightly helping blood pressure.The pills are pretty big and sometimes hard to swallow, so you’ll want to take them with a big glass of water. But aside from that, zero complaints. I’ll definitely continue to purchase these.

Yea they are big, but I found a pill cutter at my dollar store which makes cutting them in halves easier. I also keep them in reusable ziplock bags also from my local dollar store. I can’t cut them all at once, so I cut as many as I can and put them in my to go ziplock bag and I’m ready for the day !!

I use L-Arginine everyday and it lowers my blood pressure and relaxes me as well. It helps my circulation and I have read there are no ill effects from prolonged use. It’s also good for me because I’m a diabetic and want maximum circulation in my feet and hands. It does that, I can feel improved circulation in the tips of my fingers. It works fast and lasts about 6 hours for me. I take 2000 mg a day at 8PM, one 1000 and then another one at midnight when I go to bed. It’s a bit odd that the product really works – there are other supplements that you can take for months and not be sure they are doing anything for you. That is not the case with L-Arginine.

Thanks to Sherry Rogers I learned of this product. I really did not want to be on a prescription drug for the duration for hight blood pressure so I tried different things. This really works!! You have to find your right dosage. The aminos come in large doses so I guess the body tolerates a large amount. I found it keeps me in a good range at 8,000 mgs a day. I did this with the help from Sherry Rogers’ book but my doctor monitors my system with this dosage. I certainly prefer this to amlodipine in my body.Amazed at the speed of delivery these days.

My husband takes this to keep the gnarly gnats from biting him. That part works. The pills themselves are huge and he doesn’t like to swallow them. And, there are no cut marks on them so they can be split. Good product just made to big.

To all of the folks who are whining about these pill ‘disintegrating’ and ‘exploding’, I ask this: would you prefer pills that were so robust that they existed your body fully intact? Of course not. After you swallow the pill, you want it to break apart and be absorbed into your body. Otherwise, what’s the point?These pills come in a resealable bottle containing a desiccant (a hygroscopic substance that induces or sustains a state of dryness (desiccation) in its local vicinity in a moderately WELL-SEALED CONTAINER — Wikipedia). Having used this brand of L-Arginine for many years, I can attest to the following:* IF you leave the desiccant in the container AND keep the lid sealed, this product will last indefinitely. I personally have opened a container, used a few pills, sealed the container and left it for many months without issue.* IF you DO NOT completely seal the container, the pills will start to disintegrate – even if you leave the desiccant in the container.* IF you take a pill out and store it in another container, it will start deteriorating in a matter of days.Bottom line: If this product is NOT stored property it will disintegrate prematurely, so STORE IT PROPERLY!Otherwise, this is a great product. For best results, take 3,000 mg (3 pills) a day.

39 year old male, 6’ 280lb. Have issues staying in the game. It’s a mental thing for me. Little bit of whiskey and I’m good because my brain isn’t going on and on. But drinking too much led to liver damage and I can’t drink anymore. Been looking for something that isn’t another frickin RX. I feel like it’s important to review things like this because I took a chance as well. I’ve taken three pills over the course of two days and I haven’t had any side effects except better self love. I still work on slaying the negative self talk but I have to say I’ve enjoyed the results. I smoke cigarettes but I eat relatively healthy. Don’t exercise much and since COVID, well let’s say it’s not helping. But more on the positive, I didn’t realize the confidence it would bring to the table. I’m average size but I’ve been able to sustain for a whole session which hasn’t happened for a while. Placebo or not, I’m getting results I want. This is strictly for ED in my case, don’t care about getting fit just yet. I also enjoy smoking. But I’m quite pleased.
