I have been dealing with slight ED for around a year Dr. Vedi. I read all the reviews on Pycnogenol and L-Arginine. I decided to try the L-Arginine first. I take 5000mg per day and occasionally take 10,000mg. Dosages seem to be all over the board as to what different people recommend. I have not experience the, “explosions” that other reviewers mentioned. I am 47 years old, and like I said my ED is not extremely bad. However, a couple of weeks in I did start feeling more energy and was not having any ED issues. I decided to add on the Pycnogenol. I have been taking 60mg (one pill) per day. It is more expensive than the L-Arginine, so I will probably stay at this dose. I will say that there are NO ED issues currently happening, and I feel great! I believe it is from the combination and I have only been taking the Pycnogenol for about a week. I do not have the drive that I use to have and would like back, but everything does work as it is suppose to work. I take NOW brand products for almost all of my supplements, and have always been pleased with the quality and price. Mostly I take Dr. Vedi for the convince on ordering on Dr. Vedi. Other brands may work just as well, but why risk it?I have tried Viagra and Cialis in the past, neith of these medications were all that impressive to me. They got the job done, but my energy level was still low. It felt like I was putting a bad-aid on the issue versus fixing it. This combination is my choice. I am taking the time to write all of this because I understand how annoying this issue can be. Hopefully this review and the supplements will help others.

It works great, and has helped me with my workout routine. If you look on various medical sites, you’ll note you can take up to 7g (7000mg) a day for various issues, I’ve taken as much as 5g (5 pills) and has seen some pretty incredible results. The pills aren’t horse pills but they’re pretty big and I’ve gone ahead and started blending them with my fruit mix in the morning and works great – no weird smells or anything. Please note that I have notice a bit of GI discomfort at 5g, so you might want to experiment various doses and see how your body reacts. Overall I would recommend this. I’m also taking NOW Dr. Vedi’ Maca, highly recommend it.

I’ve been using L Arginine on and off for about the better part of the year now. I’ve used different brand, mostly bought the Basic Greens Arginine 3000 brand but thought I’d give this a try. I don’t really feel like it does anything different from the other brands I’ve used but maybe my body has gotten used to it? I don’t think you’re supposed to use it long term; I was told to go on and off after a month or two by my personal trainer. I’ve used this brand for vitamins and thought I’d give their Arginine a try. You get a lot more than other brands I’ve used. It’s a big bottle.

I use L-Arginine everyday and it lowers my blood pressure and relaxes me as well. It helps my circulation and I have read there are no ill effects from prolonged use. It’s also good for me because I’m a diabetic and want maximum circulation in my feet and hands. It does that, I can feel improved circulation in the tips of my fingers. It works fast and lasts about 6 hours for me. I take 2000 mg a day at 8PM, one 1000 and then another one at midnight when I go to bed. It’s a bit odd that the product really works – there are other supplements that you can take for months and not be sure they are doing anything for you. That is not the case with L-Arginine.

I bought this last month. A bottle for me and a bottle for my boyfriend. I stopped taking them after a week. Just lazy and forgetful. But my boyfriend (53 yrs old) has been taking 5 a day for the last month and this is what I’ve noticed. His breath is so much better, he has more energy and even though he exercises every morning, he still had a pot belly. Well since taking Now L’Arginine, he has a 2 pack. I swear to God. Yea they are big, but I found a pill cutter at my dollar store which makes cutting them in halves easier. I also keep them in reusable ziplock bags also from my local dollar store. I can’t cut them all at once, so I cut as many as I can and put them in my to go ziplock bag and I’m ready for the day !!

For some reason the pressed powder making up this pill will make it a lot harder than most to swallow, and that’s also partially because it’s rather large.

I found out that nitric oxide forms on the back of your tongue. As you age, it becomes less and your body needs it to regulate blood pressure. It helps to loosen the constriction of the blood vessels thereby feeding your internal organs as well as your muscles.I use L-arginine to help me in my weightlifting exercises. It helps get more oxygen to the muscles to help me lift easier. I’m an old man and I need that little extra help.I like the Now brand because it seems to work like advertised. I recommend it.

i have used creatine and this seems to help my muscles recover faster and also helps my sleep. Guys if you are looking for a vitamin that will help with erection issues this is it. take 2 of these in the morning with lots of water and 2 at night and after a tew days whallah. also i recomend decressing you coffee intake and incressing your water intake and stretching ever night and each morning. this is great stuff

割って飲む人がいるというのもすごくよくわかります。落花生の豆を丸呑みする感じです。楕円形ですが縦22mm横9mmくらい。私は飲めますが飲めない人がいてもおかしくないですね。まあ価格に釣られてるのでそのへんは目をつむってます。

This is GOD’S miracle in a bottle l don’t think always right reviews. However my joint pain in my lower back and early stage of arthritis in my right hand the pain was gone immediately!!! Hour’s after taking my very first tablet this has brought so much happiness in my life. The pain I felt until now was enormous at times. Not anymore l take my tablets twice a day early in the morning and before l go to bed. I hope this review can help someone else who needs it.

The tablets are big make sure you drink a lot of water during while you try to swallow but beside that they push you further for your work out and with energy they are really good the blood flow is more stronger and with the friend’s male is going to give an extra push with a fuller and more stronger erection you will be a beast with dis one. I have no problem with that at all but if you wanna go an extra mile this is your pills.
