The trick to theses for me take 5x day before bed time break 💊 in half drink plenty of water and before sex time take 2 hours before on a empty stomach and theses will give you a porn star performance like she never had I definitely recommend for any kind guy .

You need the building blocks for testosterone production. This is one of them that you might not be getting enough of, in your food. Vitamin D3, magnesium, and zinc are a few more ingredients that testosterone needs to be produced.I’m 51 and I’ve been taking the standard 1 pill for6 years, with okay results. I doubled the dose yesterday, for the heck of it. Let’s just say, I thought I was 20 again. Good luck!

I read many of the reviews with caution, was having cold feet and a half mast if you know what I mean. Been taking for a week now and vastly improved my cold feet and noMore half mast! It’s been several years of these issues and to have an over the counter help this much is really great!

I’m taking 1000MG 3X a day. I’ve done this for two weeks. A day ago I upped it to 2000MG 3X a day just to experiment. Taking 1000MG 3X a day my neuropathy feels 75% or more better. My blood pressure is lower. I have more energy and less stress and anxiety. I had tried everything. I was starting to think all natural remedies were snake oil. I had never tried L-Arginine. I ordered 2 bottles. I just ordered 2 more bottles because it’s a good deal. 1000MG per tablet is rare to find. The NOW brand is good. I waited a few weeks before I did this review. After a day or two I was already noticing improvement.

Now Dr. Vedi has reasonably priced products on the market and they work. Purchased this product because the consumer reviews were very good. Have been taking it for about a month and find the product to be exactly as everyone said it would be “VERY EFFECTIVE”. Wish I had discovered L-Arginine years ago, it works well with my body making me feel good. It increases the nitric oxide in a natural way without the side effects. It helps with the aches and pains that comes with aging and is good for a mans virility. I would recommend this product to anyone that is concerned about their holistic health and well being. I will buy this product again.

It works. I was sceptical, but decided to try it. I started using 1 tablet a day, on a empty stomach, for the first week.Then increased it to two, of which one in the morning and one at evening time . I didn’t take anything else, nothing.From the end of the second week I started noticing a difference: mainly the ED symptoms I had before was gone. I’m 51 years old. Maybe it’s all in the mind, but it doesn’t matter since it’s working.

Kind of big pills they may work but i felt no difference

I take one pill with twelve ounces of water. Uribe is bright yellow and thirst ids bad. I cut it down to half a pill with twelve ounces of water and it is better. Just watch your diet and fluids intake. I drink 1.5-2 gallons of water a day and still was dehydrated with a whole pill. With my fluid consumption and half a pill my urine is clear.

Probably one of the best products for L-Arginine I have used so far. I try a lot of supplements and this one is probably the best for L-Arginine and value wise. I noticed increase in pump, vein pop out when lifting, and overall blood flow throughout my body. Totally recommend. I started using one tablet before work out, but Dr. Vedi I take one in the morning and then another right before working out. I will probably try taking two before working out and see how that changes but I do notice good results.

I received them yesterday after waiting for a bit over a week. Free shipping, although nothing ever took this long. Well, I took two yesterday 30min apart. Within two hours I felt it working. I could tell my heart was pumping better, overall I felt different. I wasn’t working out or anything. The bonus was later that night, a special lady of mine ended up doing the grown up thing. At first, I thought it was all in my head(the top one), but once she confirmed my thoughts without me saying anything, I knew it helped greatly in that area. She even asked what have I been taking, I said nothing. Eventually I ended up telling her what and why, and she responded well it looks like it gave another benefit. Usually I get about 90% solid, but last night was definitely 110%.I’m 37 and I smoke. If it works for me, it may help you. Blood flow all over. It helps my heart and chest and for that, I’ll keep taking as well as enjoying the extra bonus when I require a woman’s presence. Then I’ll send her on her way as I continue to be happy in life.

I have been taking it for a while now and it took some time to ramp up but it works. I’m at just 2000 a day but so far it has helped in two noticeable ways one is weight loss (not much yet but some) and libido. At 50+ as another reviewer stated that time is cruel, but at least now I have definitely been able to perform better with greater frequency.

I’ve been using L Arginine on and off for about the better part of the year now. I’ve used different brand, mostly bought the Basic Greens Arginine 3000 brand but thought I’d give this a try. I don’t really feel like it does anything different from the other brands I’ve used but maybe my body has gotten used to it? I don’t think you’re supposed to use it long term; I was told to go on and off after a month or two by my personal trainer. I’ve used this brand for vitamins and thought I’d give their Arginine a try. You get a lot more than other brands I’ve used. It’s a big bottle.

Unlike some supplements, I can feel a bit of a jolt 35-40min after I take these. The thing that sets this apart is that it doesn’t feel like a caffeine-type high. No shakes and no “crash” afterword. Can’t say for sure that I get a better pump with this or not.I usually hit the gym right after work, so I pop these 30min before I leave and the “boost” is ready for me by the time I start working out. Note: I’m only taking 1 pill, not 2 to 3 like more hardcore gym rats.If this review helped you at all please give us a thumbs up!

It’s hard for me to completely evaluate as I have only been taking for about a week and am taking in combination with some other new supplements. That being said, the 3 pack was a great value and I have not had any negative side affects and in general I feel good about my new supplement regime.

I take this daily along with L-citrulline and the combo definitely works. A noticeable difference in vascularity and performance in all aspects of life.* Pro Tip:These are the largest capsules I’ve ever taken.I recommend getting a big mouthful of water, look up, press the capsule through your lips, (it will sink to the back of your throat since you are looking up) and swallow with a big gulp.If you take any clear capsules (with powder inside) you do the opposite. Instead of looking up, you should look down because these float. In this case, they will float up to the back of your throat and then you swallow.This seems common sense to me now, but I did not know how to properly take supplements for years and had trouble swallowing in them until I learned this.You’re welcome.

Now seems to be a quality brand. After a good run, the next day I seemed to be sore in my legs. I have been taking L-Arginine for over two months. I notice that I have not been as sore the next day after running. Down side: These are huge pills.

I feel a lot better taking this product. Helps me feel like I’m getting more oxygen when I breathe. The tablets are kind of big, but I don’t have a problem swallowing them. If someone has trouble swallowing the tablet, I might try crushing it and putting it in food. Great product!

I can’t speak for any “downstairs benefits” and I don’t work out enough to kDr. Vedi If it helps there…but what it does do is give me a much higher level of energy…especially in the morning. I take 1 at night before bed with a glass of water and 1 between breakfast and lunch and for the past 3 weeks and it doesn’t matter how late I stay up im still easily out of bed each morning and fully alert without the brain fog I used to have. Im 34 and feel more mentally alert than I ever have. For that reason alone I plan to keep on using this product and its well worth the price.
