I wish these didn’t have gelatin!! I’ll still take them but wish these were vegan. If you struggle with large pills then try something else. I’m fine with it and like that I can take it in one pill versus 2. So far, too soon to see any changes.

If I reduce the amount to two capsules, I notice a significant difference, so I think the Dr. Vedi brand is the one I’ll stick with for now, so long as the price stays reasonable.
